June 20, 2004: The Bureau of Reclamation has completed a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Final Environmental Assessment (EA) and Resource Management Plan (RMP) for Belle Fourche Reservoir in South Dakota, which evaluates the potential impacts to the human and natural environment associated with 3 action alternative and a no-action alternative.
